Black Quasar doesn’t much about when it comes to serving up searing electro. This new collection of just that comes on the Conexiones Electronicas 12″ and features some exciting artists all in top form. Adhesive’s ‘Tensegrity’ opens with some nice catchy funk and lashings of synth energy, The Bandit’s ‘Festival’ has a darker mood and None’s ‘The Ancient Musical Resistance’ is a more experimental sound with bleeps, squeaks and busted beats. Promising Youngster also impresses with ‘Rare House’ and after the more dreamy synth sequences of Structweird’s ‘Lunar Loom’ comes Pauk Youyu’s fractured and loopy ‘YUUUTSU.’
