KafkaCtrl – The Lost Intruder

French producer KafkaCtrl is something of an enigma artist but his music does plenty of taking for him. He now steps up to Madrid’s leading electro label Distrito 91 with his The Lost Intruder EP featuring five analogue bangers. They are all packed with a cinematic narrative that keeps the mind busy while the visceral low ends bump and grind. That’s the case with instrumental opener ‘Hidden Light’, then ‘Cell Echoes’ has a more haunting vibe thanks to the eerie synths, and ‘Tokyo Combat’ and ‘Morphing Blood’ then blend musical and emotional depth with a real physicality that always defines the very best electro.
