Legacy have made waves with a couple of standout releases on their own label but now hook up with Pikap Records for another subaquatic trip into the depths of Detroitian techno and electro. ‘Heat Disciplines’ opens with some playful synth phrases that duck and dive over slick drum programming. ‘It’s Only The Pressure’ gets more dark and dirty and ‘Seabed Romance’ then keeps it funky with more varied back drums and silky late-night synth tones. Add the cosmic odyssey of ‘Arribada’ and blissed-out late-night cruiser that is ‘Dreaming Of A Roo Curve’ and you have some well-produced and timeless electro.
