Moondog – Vegas Or Burst EP

As the vaults of 90s techno get scoured for forgotten gems, here’s a cheeky one from Tim Wright under his Moondog alias. There’s an unmistakable touch about Wright’s work, whichever name he operated under, but you could easily call this 1997 12″ a Tube Jerk release and no one would question it. Skippy, bugging beats with ample wriggling synth lines and a preference for the weird and wonky, this is a very particular sound that should appeal to those who like to keep their sets fun and fruity. Also watch out for Sir Real’s gnarly remix of ‘Orgy’ which turns up the techno heat, as you might well expect from an OG House of God resident.
