Negrosex – Teknó La Drôga

Negrosex was a provocative electronic project led by Luden Barnemunde and Johanna Cosmo Fetsch. Their debut single ‘God And Evil’ was released in 1989 on their self-run label Bit Bites Brain and stirred controversy due to its cover featuring a provocative image of Pope John Paul II with an altar boy. Though it gained some attention, it wasn’t until 1991 that they found widespread success. Their follow-up single, ‘Tekno La Droga’ was released on the iconic German label New Zone and became an instant hit. It remains celebrated as a defining track in the history of German techno music and appears here with wonky Italo chugger ‘Space Balls.’
