The French producer refines his funk-driven house blueprint, that is crisp percussion, elastic basslines and chopped-up vocal stabs, where ‘Plage Privee’, ‘Amour Fatal’ and more realise the seduction factor of heady, croaky female French-language spoken word recordings layered on top.
